Falling into October: Nutley’s Real Estate Market and Community in Full Swing

October has arrived, bringing with it the vibrant energy that only my favorite season, fall, can provide. 

Sports are in full swing, and Nutley’s marching band is on a tear, filling the air with music that echoes through the community. Families are soaking up the crisp autumn weather, enjoying everything from weekend games to outdoor gatherings. This beautiful season has
injected fresh enthusiasm into the town, drawing both new buyers and sellers to the market.

This month has also been packed with exciting events. The Nutley Family Service Bureau’s Trunk or Treat lit up the afternoon with costumes, candy, and community fun. Meanwhile, the Columbus Day Parade drew crowds to celebrate together, adding to the festive spirit that defines this time of year.

 

On the real estate front, the busy fall season has been filled with meaningful milestones.

I’m thrilled for my buyer who recently closed on his new townhome at 100 E Passaic Ave. It’s also been a productive month for sellers. My clients at 72 Daily St are officially under contract—a significant step toward their next chapter.
