Nutley Continued to Remain a Destination for Families in March with a Diverse Range of Homes Sold

NUTLEY, NJ - This March, the Nutley real estate market continued to show its competitive nature as a diverse range of properties changed hands, reflecting the ongoing demand for homes in our community. Residents are drawn to town in part because of the wide variety of events that bring everyone together.

March started off with the annual St. Patrick's Day parade under sunny skies. The Nutley Irish American Association hosts the celebration of Irish American culture on the first Saturday in March. 

Another standout event in March was the Nutley Family Service Bureau’s Casino Night, an annual affair that brings the community together for a noble cause. Held at the Nutley Parks and Rec, this event featured an evening of games, music, and dining, all aimed at supporting the essential services provided by the Nutley Family Service Bureau. 

The Nutley High School Theatre Arts program hosted a production of “Mean Girls” the musical, Nutley Little Theatre hosted a readers' theater production of “The Cake,” and live music continued every weekend at the Oakley Kitchen and Cocktails.
