NUTLEY, NJ - When the host of Nutley's largest trunk or treat made the decision to not havet the event this year, the Community Advisory Board at Nutley Family Service Bureau saw an opportunity to host a community event that brings people together. The event will also showcase some of the services at NFSB.
As word about the event spread around town, local businesses jumped at the chance to participate.
Taking place on the afternoon of Sunday, October 27, the event is part of Nutley's Spooktacular Sunday.
Participants in the first ever Nutley Family Service Bureau include, so far, Olde School Title, The Makeup Studio, Christie's Real Estate - Zachary Sebek, GIA Dance Studio, Nutley Department of Public Affairs, TAPinto Nutley, and Nutley Family Service Bureau.
Locals, including civic groups, individuals, and businesses can still join the fun. Email Joan Roake at [email protected] or call NFSB at (973) 667-1884.
In addition to the NFSB Trunk or Treat, Spooktacular Sunday includes Nutley's Oldest Trunk or Treat at Vincent United Methodist Church and a Spooky Spring hosted by Nutley Mayor John V. Kelly III.
